Bob Horn

Executive Pastor

After 27 years of ministry on the west side of the state, the Lord has wonderfully transplanted us 222 miles to this oasis in the desert—the Tri-Cities! My wife, Susie, and I love it here and we love HOPE Tri-Cities! When I'm not spending time with the people of HOPE, you'll find me relaxing at home, running or cycling, or lifting heavy stuff at my CrossFit gym. We have two young adult children, Kyle and Bethany, who give us regular opportunity to make the trek back to Western Washington. But we always love coming home to the TC!

Angie Martin

Assistant Pastor / Celebrate Recovery

Angie is the Assistant Pastor at HOPE along with being the Celebrate Recovery Pastor. She loves to encourage others, pray for them and celebrate what God is doing in their lives. Seeing people walk in freedom and grow in their relationship with Jesus is her passion. Married to her high school sweetheart, David, for 30 years, they have 5 kids. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves her Seahawks!--

Laura Esquivel

Worship Director

Laura is HOPE's Worship Director and is married to Pastor Angel. In addition to leading our worship community at HOPE, and raising three young men—Josiah, Julian, and Gabriel—Laura is on the staff of Rescue:Freedom where she gets to combine her passion for hiking with her heart to mobilize people in order to rescue those trapped in sexual slavery—doing what she loves to fight what she hates.

Faith Akopov

Youth Director

Currently I am the Youth Director for grades 6-12. I am a third generation native of Colorado and ended up moving to Tri-Cities in 2004. I love anything outdoors! sports, camping, mountains, hiking, and my first love is fishing! Catching anything from trout, salmon, and even sturgeon. But the best catch I ever caught is my wonderful husband of 9 years. Creating memories with my hubby and my 3 gorgeous girls is definitely my passion.  (Mikayla 5, Maliyah 4, Baby Akopov to be born April of 2020)

Glory Roy

HOPE Kids Director

I LOVE kids!  So much so that I have five of my own together with my amazing husband, Blake.  I have been involved with children's ministry for over 15 years.  I love creating a fun and enriching experience for the kids while they are in our care, and strive to engage the family to carry on the conversations about JESUS at home!

Brianna Morton

Office Manager / First Impressions Coordinator

I love HOPE Tri-Cities! What I love most about my church is community. The people here are welcoming and they are family. When I'm not with my church family, I'm with my actual family—my husband, Beau, and our two amazing children, Kaia and Dash. Together we love to be outside, travel, and laugh. My favorite things are moving my body, reading or listening to podcasts, and hanging out with my family.

Twana Butkus

Family Care Director

When you meet Twana you'll quickly discover one of her favorite things... laughter! She spends much of her time laughing with her husband of 45 years, Don. Together they have three sons, eight grandkids, and two adorable dogs—a Yorkie and a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. She's always up for visiting with friends—new and old—especially if it's over a peach cobbler energy drink with apple juice from Roasters!

Hannah Skaanland

Finance Director

Hannah is married to John and together they have four children, Jameson, Liam, Eleanor, and Walter. Hannah enjoys canning, running, and travel.
